Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept return requests if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

Return Request Period

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Customized furniture
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Replacement Option

Where possible, we may offer repair or replacement instead of a refund.
